This one-hour workshop teaches what meditation is, how it works and why it is important to the physical, emotional and spiritual self. The various purposes of meditation are included, along with an explanation of different types of meditation. This is a great class for beginners to learn how to meditate. Yet, there is much spiritual wisdom taught as well that is highly suitable for the intermediate and advanced spiritual practitioner as well. A led meditation is included.
