21 Gathering Presenter — Larry and Linda Scheer

Chi Kung and Tai Chi exercise to maintain balance and harmony.

We exist as a package of mind, body, and spirit. When these three components are in balance, we are in a state of harmony. Neglect or overcompensate any area, balance is lost, harmony is broken, and the door to discomfort and potential disease is opened. The regular practice of simple Chi Kung and Tai Chi moving meditations reduces mental anxiety, emotional stress, and improves physical balance and health.

Linda and Larry will be demonstrating and teaching simple Chi Kung and Tai Chi exercises that will help improve your physical balance, increase the flow of energy through your body’s chi meridians, calm your mind and emotions. The goal is to give you a set of simple movements and exercises designed to help you maintain your natural state of harmony.

Participation is always based upon an individual’s personal and unique comfortable range of motion. All that will be presented can be done standing and/or sitting.

Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow a deep rib/belly breath. Also, consider if you are more comfortable with shoes on or off. If you prefer shoes on, please wear your most flat, comfortable pair.
