Cost
The price for the entire weekend includes a room for Friday and Saturday nights; meals for Friday night through Sunday noon, access to conference facilities, taxes and gratuities, and a bonfire at the beach on Saturday night.
You have the choice of double or single occupancy at the following rates:

Registration
Registration form and 50% of cost is due May 1st. The balance for the event is due by August 1, 2009. Note that there is a limited supply of rooms. (Note that hotel fees may apply if cancellation is received after June 1, 2009.)
