The 15th Gathering of Light:   October 5 – 7, 2012

Building Bridges of Light

 The Gathering begins on Friday, October 5th at 5:30 pm with dinner. The Opening Ceremony is scheduled for 7:00 pm that evening. The Closing Ceremony will commence Sunday, October 7th following The 2013 Astrology Update. Our Gathering ends with lunch at noon, Sunday, October 7th.

The closest airport is located in Muskegon, about 15 minutes from  Shoreline Inn.  The Gerald Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids is about 45 minutes from the Shoreline Inn.

 The Gathering will be held at the beautiful Shoreline Inn http://shorelineinn.com/ located on Muskegon Lake in Muskegon, Michigan.  The price is $221. p.p. double occupancy or $320. for a single room. The price includes meeting room rental, supplies & all meals starting with dinner Friday and ending with lunch Sunday. We encourage all participants to plan overnight stays at the hotel. If you are unable to do so, we are offering The Gathering without hotel accommodations at the cost of $125 p.p. to include meeting rooms & all meals starting with dinner Friday and ending with lunch Sunday. A special evening is planned Saturday to include dinner, a bonfire and entertainment. You are welcome to invite your significant other for an additional cost of $25.

Those attending The Gathering are welcome to submit flyers for participant’s folders informing them of your wares, skills and talents. Please send 50 copies to Elaine Harsch by 9/14/12.  Elaine’s mailing and email address are provided on the Registration Form.

If you plan to arrive in Michigan to tour for a few days, ArtPrize  http://www.artprize.org/ is an amazing not-to-be-missed international event scheduled just prior to The Gathering. It takes place in Grand Rapids, which is about 50 miles south of Muskegon and the home of the closest major airport. We also have beautiful tourist towns along Lake Michigan including Grand Haven and Saugatuck. For those with a bit more time, travel up the coast to the Traverse Bay Area or even Mackinac Island is a real treat!
